Richard Webb and Levi Folk publish a monthly mutual fund information and strategy newsletter called The Fund Counsel: Comprehensive Advice for the Independent Investor. Founded in 1996, the newsletter has since proven its value to hundreds of select charter subscribers by giving sound timely advice, out-performing the markets and explaining the dynamics of mutual fund investing in simple, yet powerful language.
 
Richard Webb is an international economist. With an M.A. in economics from Oxford University and McGill University, he has done extensive research on speculation in financial markets. His work is published in the Financial Post, the Globe and Mail, Investment Executive and the Investor’s Digest of Canada.
Levi Folk is an international economist with an M.A. in economics from The University of Western of Ontario and University of Toronto and has researched foreign exchange markets and efficiency related topics. He started the Foreign Exchange Monthly Publication for the Bank Credit Analyst and has written for the Asian Times, the Globe and Mail, Investment Executive and Investor’s Digest of Canada.
