Michael Kay
The Information Revolution is over. With new work practices introduced
and absorbed in the early ‘90’s and information technology being incorporated
into standard business practice we have entered a new age, the Knowledge
Age.
Creating change within professional environments is a challenge that
companies must master today, or face disasterous results. With 25 years
experience as a change practitioner, Michael Kay has helped many organizations
transform. He has worked on many change situations abroad, in Canada and
in the United States and has created techniques in "experiential learning"
for introducing change and helping organizations project their strategic,
working and learning environments so that change can be anticipated.
As co-founder and managing partner of Change Lab International of Toronto
and Greenwich, CT, his clients have included Dupont, Coca Cola, Kodak,
Stirling Drugs, CAN and other Fortune 500 firms. He works today through
Change By Design and his most recent clients include KPMG (Canada and worldwide),
Ault Foods, IBM, Reuters, Bristol-Myrers, Allstate, Aetna, Stolt Sea Farms.
Michael Kay is co-author of "Toppling the Pyramids" (with Gerald Ross,
published by Random House). He has co-produced and appeared in the best
selling "Power of Change" video series.
