Harvey Skolnick

Harvey Skolnick is a Marketing Professor at Sheridan College. He also teaches at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies and at York University. Harvey also leads training seminars that are sponsored by the Federal Business Development Bank, and such companies as Nestle and Toronto Dominion Bank. Harvey specializes in the following areas: Customer Service, Marketing and Advertising.

Harvey has written articles that have appeared in the Toronto Star, and he has written a weekly column on marketing trends for Marketing magazine.

Harvey's breakthrough audio cassette and accompanying manual on customer service has recently been published. Customer Service Rip-Off (ISBN 0-9699213-0-6) gives an organization a master plan to improve its customer service and, at the same time, save thousands of dollars on customer service training.
