Dr. John Tuccillo, Phd, CAE is currently president of JTA, LLC a consulting firm specializing in helping organizations manage through change.

From 1987 until 1998 John was the consulting economist for the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS, the nation's largest professional association, representing nearly 720,000 members. Tuccillo's responsibilities included economic forecasting, real estate market research, international real estate activities and strategic planning research.

Prior to joining NAR in 1987, Tuccillo was chief economist with the National Council of Savings  Institutions.

He has also served as the director of the Center for Housing and Community Development at the Urban Institute, as a senior staff member of the President's Housing Commission, as a Brookings Economic Policy Fellow at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and on the faculty at Georgetown University.

Tuccillo received his undergraduate degree from  Georgetown University and his doctorate in  economics from Cornell University.

He is the author of a number of articles and books, and is frequently quoted in the press and electronic media. He has consulted with a variety of U.S. and international organizations and is a frequent contributor to various business magazines.
